One of the seven famous Bukhara spiritual mentors, Khoja Arif Revgari Mohitobon, was born in Revgar village of Shafirkan district. He lived more than a hundred years, and died in 1259. The grave of Hazrat became a landscaped place of worship in the center of Shafirkan.

During a visit to Bukhara region on February 16, 2018, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that reconstruction of the ensembles of Bahouddin Naqshbandi, Abduholik Gijduvoni, Arif Revgari, Ali Romitani, Boboyi Samosi, Mahmud Fagnavi, Sayyid Amir Kulol at the level of the requirements of the time will be important in discovering new tourism destinations in the country.

According to the instructions of the Head of the country, accelerated creative work is being conducted in Khoja Arif Revgari ensemble. A wall in the national style encloses the place of worship. A teahouse and a resting place for visitors are being erected on the territory. Marble is laid in the inner part of the tomb. The conference hall, museum, office buildings are being repaired. Talented Bukhara masters are also involved in creative activities together with construction specialists of LLC Mokhibtobon.
