Khoja Bahouddin Nakshband

 Bahouddin Naqshbandi Bahouddin Naqshbandi - the Founder of the Naqshbandiya Order Muhammad ibn Muhammad Bahouddin Naqshbandi al-Bukhari (also known as Khoja Bahouddin Balogardon, Khojai Buzruk, Shokhi Naqshband) is a prominent saint (avlie) and the founder of the Naqshbandiya Order. He was born and died in Kasri Khinduvon village near Kagan (1318-1389) which later was re-named for Kasri Orifon in honor of Bahouddin Naqshbandi. He made hadj to Mecca twice. His biography is almost unknown because he prohibited his disciples to chronicle his life and activity. He was thought to be Seyid – a direct descendant of Prophet Mohammed. He was born in a craftsman’s family. His father was a weaver and chaser (Naqshband). But it was his grandfather who played an important role in his life. Sayyid Amir Kulal

  Amir Kulāl (1278–1370),  was a Persian Sufi Islamic scholar, widely considered to be one of the most influential in history. He was a member of the mystical Khajagan order. His father was the Sufi scholar Saif ud-Dīn Hamza a sayyid descendant of Prophet Muhammad. Saif ud-Dīn Hamza was amir (chieftain) of the Persian Kulal-Tribe, his full title being Amir-i-Kulal. After his father's death, Shams ud-Dīn became the amir and head of the tribe. By this time his reputation as a scholar and religious figure had spread through Chagatai Khanate and the title Amir-i-Kulal, had become his common name. Because he made earthenware, he was popularly referred to as “Kulāl”, which means "potter" in Persian. Kulal had a number of students who later became prominent figures in history, including Baha-ud-Dīn Naqshband and the conqueror Amir Timur. Khoja Muhammad Boʻyi Samosi

   Khoja Muhammad Babayi Samosiy Khoja Muhammad Babayi Samosiy (end of 13th century, village of Samos in Romitan district - 1354) is a great representative of the Khojagon-Naqshbandiya order, the fifth of the 7 pirs of Bukhara. He studied under Khoja Ali Romitani and after his death he led the Khojagan sect. When Bahauddin Naqshband was born, he adopted him as a spiritual child and assigned Sayyid Mir Kulol to take care of Bahauddin's upbringing. S. made a living by gardening. S. presented his helmet to Bahoudin and became a murshid to him. It is said that Bahauddin Naqshband was blessed with this hat. S. was buried in his native village. The mausoleum above his grave, the surrounding mosque and stone well were renovated during the years of independence.  

Khoja Ali Romitani

 Hajj Ali Ramitani is one of the famous spiritual authorities of the Sufi school Hadzhagana. He was the greatest master of wisdom, possessing high spiritual qualities and pronounced charisma. People nicknamedhim as “Azizon” (“venerable sheikh”). He was born in 1195. He lived in the village of Kurgon (now Romitan district of Bukhara region) and died in 1321 in Khorezm at the age of 126 years. Later, the remains of the sheikh were transferred to his homeland. Khoja Ali Ramitani perfectly mastered the weaver’s craft. He was considered the fourth pir of the seven holy pirs of Bukhara. After the death of his mentor Haji Mahmud of Anjir-Fagnawiya, Hajj Ali Ramitani took spiritual initiation from him and headed the spiritual brotherhood of the hajjagan. Holy Hajj Azizon is the author of the famous work “RisolaiAzizon”, where the main provisions of the mystical path of the Sufi “at-tasawwuf” are described. Khoja Mahmud Anjir Fagnavi

  Hajj Mahmud Anjir-fagnaviy was the most famous Sufi of his time, recognized as the spiritual authority of Maverannahr. He was born in the Vabkent district of Bukhara region in the village of AnzhirFagna. Hajj Mahmud Anjir-fagnaviy was the successor of the Sufi spiritual tradition. He was a disciple (murid) and a follower of the Sufi HadjiArifaar-Rivgar. He knew the craft of a carpenter and devoted his whole life to work and knowledge of Divine truth. Haji Mahmud Anjir-Fagnawiywelcomed two types of spiritual ritual in his mystic-ascetic practice. There were khufi, which is quiet (or secret) dhikr of communion with Allah and dzhakhriya, which is collective and loud one. He was the first who introduced the public dhikr in accordance with the needs of the time and the demands of seekers.   One of the seven saints Khoja Arif Revgari ensemble is located in Shafirkan district of Bukhara region. Khoja Arif Revgari ensemble is located in Shafirkan district of Bukhara region. One of the seven famous Bukhara spiritual mentors, Khoja Arif Revgari Mohitobon, was born in Revgar village of Shafirkan district. He lived more than a hundred years, and died in 1259. The grave of Hazrat became a landscaped place of worship in the center of Shafirkan.  Khoja Abdulkhaliq ibn Abduljamil Gijduvani (1103– Gijduvan - 1179) was one of the founders and theorists of the Khojagan mystical sec Also known as Lord of the Worlds. A copy of his work "Zikri voqioti Kho-jaiy Jahon Abdulkholiq Gijduvoniy" written in 1717 by an unknown author dedicated to his biography is kept at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. He memorized the Qur'an at the age of nine. From the age of 10, he took an active part in the dhikrs' dhikrs. He learned tafsir from his first teacher from Bukhara, Imam Sadriddin.      Today was our third day of practice and our today's destination was Modari-Khan Madrasah  The Modari-Khan Madrasah forms a single ensemble with the Abdullah Khan Madrasah in Bukhara. The complex is called the Kosh Madrasah, which is translated as “double madrasah”. The Modari-Khan was dedicated to the mother of the ruler, and its name can be translated as “the mother of the Khan”. It may have been a “first attempt” in complex construction, but this building is smaller than the other building in the ensemble. The Abdullah Khan Madrasah built in the honor of Abdullah Khan II whose reign was a true golden age for beautiful Bukhara was built later and became a prominent creation of the architects of that time. Ulugbek Madrasah

     Hi everyone 👋👋 Today was our second day of practice. And out today's destination was Ulugbek Madrasah. Ulugbek Madrasah in Bukhara Ulugbek Madrasah in Bukhara is one of the earliest buildings, which was constructed by the donation of Ulugbek (1394 - 1449 gg.). It was completed in 1417 and it was not known before the opening of Ulugbek madrasah in Samarkand.Ulugbek, according to historian Al- Abdurazzakov Samarkand, visited his madrassa in the month of Dhu al- ka'da (November 1419) at a trip to Bukhara. Here he wrote about the author said: "Shahzad Ulugbek was pleased to visit the madrasah, located within the city of Bukhara and constructed due to its exceptional generosity." Abdulazizkhan Madrasah

             Hi everyone 👋 From today we started our practice to historical monuments. This practice lasts 2 weeks. And we will visit 10 destinations.  Our today's first destination was Abdulazizkhan Madrasah. Today was the first day. Also we have a new attached teacher, Sitora Xayrullaoyevna. Our teacher said that we had heathered to Abdulazizkhan Madrasah at 8.30. Opposite Ulugbek Madrasah there is Abdullazizkhan Madrasah. Abdullazizkhan built it in 1651 – 1652 and it is the last large Madrasah in Bukhara. The building is typical by composition, with four-ayvans yard, but with unordinary divergent fan of hudj groups after side ayvans and cupola buildings on the central axis. It is very interesting the improvement of living lodgings, which consisted of entrance hall and hudjra, and were equipped with free-places, attic storeys, wall niches for bed clothes, dishes, decorated in conformity with the taste of inhabitants, who rented these apartments...
